 Forward Lancaster, Inc. is a non-profit, non-taxable, non-member economic development corporation comprised of a voluntary Board of Directors. Members consist of business, educational, and governmental leaders.

Specifically, Forward Lancaster can: |
- provide early stage professional assistance to companies interested in locating here (see our Industrial Parks);
- assist businesses by connecting them with local venture capital partners to assist in the growth of businesses in and around Lancaster; and
- provide below-market commercial and industrial loans through the local revolving loan fund.

| Forward Lancaster, the City of Lancaster, and Epic Construction are working cooperatively to offer a Virtual Spec Building to be constructed in the Arrow Ridge Business Park. The building is fully designed and permitted by the state of Wisconsin so work on the building may begin almost upon a signed agreement. | The purpose of Forward Lancaster is to provide visible leadership, communication, and coordination to ensure positive economic and community development for the City of Lancaster. Its role is to: |
- Lead and coordinate economic and community development initiatives in conjunction with the City of Lancaster.
- Assist existing businesses in maintaining and expanding their business operations, productivity and profitability.
- Attract new business to Lancaster.
- Promote enhancements that improve the Lancaster area.
- Pursue grants, agency funding and contributions that support the mission statement.
- Cooperate with economic development agencies and organizations to improve the economic development efforts in the Lancaster area.
- Communicate the importance and benefits of development in all businesses, government sectors, and citizens in the Lancaster area.
- Promote the Lancaster area on a regional, statewide and national level.
