At its November 2006 meeting, the City Council approved creation of the Library/Cultural Center Review Committee, a sub-committee of the Special Library Committee. The purpose of this sub-committee is to assist the Special Library Committee by selecting an architect and making recommendations leading to a pre-funding design. The committee consists of seven members: Kevin Koester, Kim Leamy, Stuart Harper, George Steele, Rick Udelhoven, Charles Lange and Ted Anderson.
