The City of Lancaster seeks proposals for purchase and development of a parcel of land adjacent to the City's golf course. Written offers to purchase must be accompanied by an owner's letter of intent indicating the type, quantity, and timetable for residential development on the property.

Approx. 2.3 acres

Conditions placed on buyer before offers will be considered:

• Must offer appraised price or better of $28,000.
• Must be willing to pay for all infrastructure needed to serve planned development. Development of this land is not eligible for City's infrastructure assistance program.
• Must be willing to execute developer's agreement guaranteeing quantity of homes and timetable for construction.

Lancaster City Council will consider proposals until one is selected and reserves the right to reject or accept any and all offers.
